This is what CKD eating should taste like!

REAL CKD Eating™!

This book contains a collection of delicious kidney-friendly recipes. You’ll be amazed at how tasty and satisfying CKD meals can be with the help of my top chef tips and tricks. These recipes are designed to be flavorful, mouthwatering, and big portioned without all of the salt.

The book includes a wide range of recipes that are suitable for various dietary needs such as lower carb, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

Additionally, I provide instructions on how to modify the recipes to meet specific dietary needs. If you want to use beef instead of vegan ingredients or make a recipe lower in carbs, vegan, or gluten-free, I give you tips on how to do it!

The book also includes nutritional information, allergen details, and lots of helpful tips. The step-by-step instructions make it easy to prepare the dishes, and you’ll be able to use chef techniques without even realizing it.

With over 100 recipes, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. Moreover, those in the program can use these recipes as a starting point and can customize them to fit their precise nutritional needs.

So, if you want to enjoy tasty meals without relying on salt and keep your nutrients in check, this book is for you!
