Welcome to Your New CKD Life!

NO MATTER WHAT STAGE YOU ARE IN, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS,

This is the ONLY CKD nutritional program available online today, created by a Renal CKD nutritionist and chef, taking you step-by-step on how to safely manage your kidney diet and to help slow or stop progression.

The Birth of the CKD Nutrition Program:
I took everything I cover in ten in-office sessions and turned it into a self-paced program (or printed book!).

It’s packed with the same personalized advice, information, and actionable steps you need to build your kidney diet from the ground up.

But now you can manage your CKD diet from the comfort of your own home, without having to come in for a consultation.

  • Discover how to determine your specific protein needs to protect your kidneys and maintain your health.

  • Set personalized meal and snack nutrient maximums. With an easy-to-follow approach & super quick done for you sheets, we walk you through the set up of your own personal chart. (see chart >>).

  • Master the art of menu planning for balanced, kidney-friendly nutrition.

  • Learn how to safely enjoy your favorite meals without guilt or worry. We show you how to indulge on occasion, and safely enjoy holidays and gatherings, too.

Who Are You?

I’m a Certified Renal Nutritionist specializing in kidney disease, a CKD Chef, and a Kidney Health Coach. But I’m also a caregiver to my husband, who has stage 3 CKD, so I understand firsthand the challenges of managing this condition. After years of navigating this journey, I’ve not only figured out how to make the kidney diet work, but I’m also the only one who’s teaching others how to do the same. My passion is helping you succeed, with real, actionable guidance from someone who truly gets it. (see more on the about page).

Why Are You Charging for This Information?

I’m a certified nutritionist specializing in kidney disease, who has cracked the code on CKD eating. Just because I’ve chosen to practice online (so I can actually charge LESS) doesn’t mean my services shouldn’t be compensated. I’ve had my education, I've spent years perfecting how to tailor kidney diets to individual needs, and I’m offering my (ten session in person CKD nutrition) program at a fraction of the cost. Do you ask other professionals why they charge for their services? I’m here to make this affordable, accessible, and to give you real, personalized support. :-)

I Bought the Book From Barnes & Noble but it Looks Different. Is This the Same Program Book?

This is a perfect case of don't judge a book by it's cover. Inside, it's exactly the same!

We have to follow all those legalities and rules. Different publishers means different titles and covers. That's it!.
