Think of it this way - if you have CKD and your doctor offered a class or a book showing you how to manage it, would you say yes?
Well, that's exactly what this is, but it's in the comfort of your home, with access to me without an appointment.
Look, I made the choice to not practice in an office, which does not mean that my services are any less than someone who does. What it means is that I do not have the associated costs and my time is no longer limited.
I can be available to you more often, and can help more people.

This is the future of kidney diet management." - R.B.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost is quite similar if you were seeing me inside an office setting. However, you're paying the cost of one or two visits instead of the ten that would normally be charged for in office! - Talk about a bargain, huh?
The pricing information is on this page.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I HAVE MY RESTRICTION NUMBERS BEFORE JOINING OR BUYING THE BOOK?
Absolutely not. We provide temporary numbers you can adjust and follow until you receive your personal numbers. Any change is better than no change!
CAN I JUST JOIN THE CLASSES?
You will need to either purchase the book or enroll in the online nutritional program. All the information we cover in the online classes is in the book/program. You'd be quite lost and confused without the info!
DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE CLASSES?
Joining the classes is not required. Those who learn better with visuals or having someone talk about the information will benefit. The information is quite thorough and you can easily work through on your own. However, there are additional benefits to the members-only group beyond classes, like bonus information, recipes, links, etc.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT CLASS SESSION BEGINS TO JOIN?
Absolutely not. You can join anytime. Watch classes that have already been completed, or attend them during the next session. All the information is there for you to work through. I have many clients that only attend classes if they have questions. The information is That thorough!
I BOUGHT THE BOOK AND WANT TO ATTEND THE ONLINE CLASSES; DO I HAVE TO ENROLL IN THE ONLINE PROGRAM TOO?
No. You EITHER enroll in the online program OR you purchase the book. Both contain the same information.
If you purchase the book, you can choose to also purchase the member's-group access.
I AM ENROLLED IN THE ONLINE PROGRAM; DO I HAVE TO BUY THE BOOK TOO?
No. You EITHER enroll in the online program OR you purchase the book. Both contain the same information. You print all materials in the online program. If you decide to also purchase the book, that is a separate purchase and will not decrease the price of your online program.
DO YOU OFFER 1:1 HELP?
For those who are enrolled in the online program or have purchased the program book may purchase an Assistance call for 1:1 guidance. Verification of book purchase or enrollment will be required before solidifying your appointment time. 30 minutes via Zoom or phone.
1:1 help is for patients only.
WHO ARE YOU?
I’m a Certified Renal Nutritionist specializing in kidney disease, a CKD Chef, and a Kidney Health Coach. But I’m also a caregiver to my husband, who has stage 3 CKD, so I understand firsthand the challenges of managing this condition.
After years of navigating this journey, I’ve not only figured out how to make the kidney diet work, but I’m also the only one who’s teaching others how to do the same.
My passion is helping you succeed, with real, actionable guidance from someone who truly gets it. (see more on the about page).
WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR THIS INFORMATION?
I’m a certified nutritionist specializing in kidney disease, who has cracked the code on CKD eating. Just because I’ve chosen to practice online (so I can actually charge LESS) doesn’t mean my services shouldn’t be compensated. I’ve spent years perfecting how to tailor kidney diets to individual needs, and I’m offering my program at a fraction of the cost you’d pay to see me in person. Do you ask other professionals why they charge for their services? I’m here to make this affordable, accessible, and to give you real, personalized support.
A portion of all sales are donated to American Kidney Fund. Linda also donates to Puerto Rico Rise Up.
